I like the chair overall but the plugs for covering the large screw holes in the arms fall out no keeping them in. So the finish is a bit disappointing but it is what it is.

Not Great But OK For The Price

I'm 6'2 and 245 lbs. Thought this was going to be bigger than the Costco large black office I was replacing (6 - 7 years old). While it looks about the same size, the arm rests are actually shorter which isn't as comfortable. I think the seat base may be a tad shorter as well. Still fairly comfortable but nothing to rave about. Had I not got it on sale, I would have returned it. Also, the arm rests are some kind of hard plastic made to look like metal. Wasn't thrilled about that either. Overall doesn't feel like a premium chair. Does the job but can't image working from home that I'll have it longer than 2 - 3 years. Kinda wish I would have just bought a better brand than this cheaper chair. On the positive side, the wheels are the best thing going for it. The wheels are so much better than any chair I've ever owned.
