Warranty
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to anyone else. To be eligible for this limited warranty, products must be bought from authorized Wealx retailers or resellers. When requesting warranty service, please have the original order number or proof of purchase available and make sure the product is still within the warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no extra charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
We hereby cover all WELAX products for a period of:
3 Years:

- Home Chairs (Including Rocking Chairs and Criss Cross Chairs)
- Sofas
5 Years:
- Ergonomic Office Chair C7
- Ergonomic Office Chair C5UP
- Ergonomic Office Chair C3
- Ergonomic Office Chair C3-Mesh
10 Years:
- Nigel Executive Leather Office Chair
- Nyla Executive Leather Office Chair
- Natia Executive Leather Office Chair
- Neta Executive Leather Office Chair
- Norris Executive Leather Office Chair
- Nolan Executive Leather Office Chair
What Does This Warranty Cover?
- Structural components, including the chair frame.
- Mechanical parts such as the gas lift, base, and casters.
- Defects in manufacturing or materials.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Damage caused by using the chair for purposes other than its intended use.
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized individuals.
- Damage due to exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
Warranty Service

Warranty Claim Process
