The headrest and legrests are sturdy and comfortable. I am 6'1" (185 cm) tall weighing approximately 275 lb (125 kg) and it is more than enough to support me. Keep in mind if you have a larger waist, the seat may not be wide enough to accommodate comfortably. I'm not returning mine because I plan to lose enough weight to compensate for the 19.7" seat.
I spend a lot of time working remote and this chair has helped so much! No more back pain and once you use the leg extension you won’t go back

I have been shopping for a mesh chair for a while and everything is way too expensive for what you are getting. Decided to pull the trigger and I'm very happy I did. This chair is more comfortable than some in the $500-$700 range. Customer service is also great as there was a minor issue with my order and they promptly offered me multiple solutions. Just buy it.
