The headrest and legrests are sturdy and comfortable. I am 6'1" (185 cm) tall weighing approximately 275 lb (125 kg) and it is more than enough to support me. Keep in mind if you have a larger waist, the seat may not be wide enough to accommodate comfortably. I'm not returning mine because I plan to lose enough weight to compensate for the 19.7" seat.
I spend a lot of time working remote and this chair has helped so much! No more back pain and once you use the leg extension you won’t go back

This chairs footrest and the way it is integrated into the chair seems like a better design then the usual 2 poles with mounts underneath. That really helped sway my decision. I have been shopping for a mesh chair for a while and everything is way too expensive for what you are getting. Decided to pull the trigger and I'm very happy I did. This chair is more comfortable than some in the $500-$700 range. Customer service is also great as there was a minor issue with my order and they promptly offered me multiple solutions. Just buy it.
