Pretty comfortable. The “recline” function is really only good for rocking, to stay in that position you have to put so much force into it even with the suspension loose. The instructions to put it together are only helpful for the order to go in, not actually how it goes together. Most parts are self explanatory but putting the legs on was a little confusing and you have to attach the hanger to the headrest first and then put them on the chair, which they don’t say. The arm rests are 1D and 2D not 2D and 3D. Overall it’s fine. It’s a chair.
So far the chair has been very comfortable and a welcomed addition to my home office. I appreciate all the adjustments, although I'm still trying to sort out the back adjustment. I didnt think I would use the leg rests but I actually do, quite a bit while I'm working! Happy with the purchase.
I spend a lot of time working remote and this chair has helped so much! No more back pain and once you use the leg extension you won’t go back

4.) The Chair is Awesome - Wife has something similar but no footrest Needed a footrest cause I daytrade so I’m staring at charts for hours on end and the footrest was a must have. This chairs footrest and the way it is integrated into the chair seems like a better design then the usual 2 poles with mounts underneath. That really helped sway my decision. I have been shopping for a mesh chair for a while and everything is way too expensive for what you are getting. Decided to pull the trigger and I'm very happy I did. This chair is more comfortable than some in the $500-$700 range. Customer service is also great as there was a minor issue with my order and they promptly offered me multiple solutions. Just buy it.
