Just received my chair yesterday, and it seems to be of good quality. I do not expect the armrests to last for vey long as they are also made of PU leather, which tends to crack after a few months of use. My only other observation is that when the chair is in the locked upright position, it rocks annoyingly back and forth caused by slack in the lock pin. slightly disappointed in my purchase

My only complaint is I wish it raised up 2 more inches to fit my 6’6” size

This chair is great except one part. It keeps you in a laxed position and does not go up completely. I find myself leaning forward in it and now using the backrest at all.

Easily the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever used - nothing even comes close. It’s sturdy, with deeply comfortable leather all over, and the urethane wheels can handle any surface with a satisfying glide - not a swampy, sticky slog across the floor. Highly recommended - worth every penny.
