We at Welaxchair are thrilled to provide this facility to all our customers in the lower 48 U.S. states. Doesn't this perk suggest we value not just your money but also your experience?
Free Shipping - For Whom and How Long?
Free shipping is an exclusive offer for customers residing in the 48 contiguous states. Sadly, commodities sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, FPO, APO, or PO Boxes are not free due to the higher shipment charges. Orders, once placed, usually take 1-3 days to process and 5-8 business days for delivery. However, due to ongoing circumstances related to Covid-19, shipping timings may fluctuate. And, remember, we're here to help you navigate any shipping uncertainties at support@welaxchair.com.
What about holidays and high-demand periods?
We strive to deliver the best to you even when we're swamped with orders. However, do allowances for delays during national holidays, extreme weather, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, custom delays, and other uncontrollable scenarios. Your understanding and patience in these situations is always grate appreciated.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can! If you want to cancel an order, reach out to us at support@welaxchair.com.com as soon as possible. We can issue a full refund if the product hasn't yet been shipped. However, if the delivery is in progress, cancellation won't be possible.
Need a change of address?
We're swift with our processes. Therefore, post 12 p.m. PST every day, shipping address modifications are not possible. However, our return policy allows you to return an item and have it shipped to a different address.
What about tracking my order?
You'll receive a notification email with your shipment's tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. You can easily track your package on the official logistics website, either FedEx or UPS. You're always welcome to contact us at support@welaxchair.com with your concerns about shipping.
